ANEWK (Pty) Ltd is the responsible party for personal information collected through anewk.io.
What we collect
Through our forms we collect your name, email address, company or organisation, phone number (if you give it) and the project or enquiry details you share.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, to scope and deliver work, and to manage our relationship with you. We do not sell your information.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship management provider, HubSpot, which hosts our account in the European Union.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship, and for no longer than two years after our last contact unless we have an ongoing engagement or a legal reason to keep them.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to its use. Email info@anewk.io. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
